So there I was on Twitter, when I saw this:

Now, Christina is a very smart and cool person, but her response had missed something that I'd seen before on the Internet. Indeed, the position of the two hands mirrors the concept of God opening the heavens for someone because it makes fun of something...else...being opened. I responded thusly:

Snopes has already explained the picture, it's origins, and the intended target. Which led to this wonderful comment from the Crommunist:
